Your files must meet the following requirements:
- 300dpi resolution
- We recommend a minimum line thickness of 2pt
- Upload the files with the exact dimensions you want us to produce. We do not resize files.
- Transparent background
- We recommend that your file has a good resolution. Pixelated file = pixelated print
- No mirror effect. Send your file exactly as you want it to appear.
- If your file only has white, no problem, even if it is not visible in the preview, the machine detects it. No background is necessary.
Temperature : 170º | Pressure : High
Time with industrial heat press : 7 – 12 seconds
Time with Cricut presses : 30 – 40 seconds

Although the vast majority of orders are shipped the same day we receive them, delivery times may vary depending on the type of shipping you select.
We always ship with express delivery, but if you choose standard shipping, your order may not be shipped the same day and could arrive within 48 hours.
If you select guaranteed express shipping, you will receive it the next day for sure (except for reasons beyond our control related to the shipping company).
Despite having a thousand eyes, doing hundreds of cleanings, and paying more attention to the machines than when crossing a crosswalk, your dtf may (almost never) arrive with any defect caused by us.
Luckily for our customers, the solution is super simple:
You contact us and explain the problem. We will replace everything that is damaged and resend it to you (free of charge, of course).
If you are having problems ironing, first we need to know exactly what is happening.
Does your dtf peel off but the fine details/corners don’t come out? This is likely a pressure problem. If your iron is manual, we recommend turning the knob to reach the maximum possible pressure. Now, when you iron and remove the film, it’s best to give it a very quick “pull.” As a good customer says, “quick waxing.”
